Our company has deployed autonomous controllers in its own autonomous mower project.

Spider Autonomous 2.0

We are currently developing autonomous control and manufacturing electronic and navigation components for the Spider autonomous 2.0 mower.

Spider Autonomous 2.0. control unit is used in both petrol and electric versions of the product.

Tested in over 2,000 mowed solar parks and 30,000 test hours.

These mowers are designed for commercial use in difficult terrain and difficult navigation conditions.

Spider Autonomous 2.0 mowers are manufactured and sold by SNT - SPIDER NEW TECHNOLOGY s.r.o., which was jointly founded by SMAUT Technology s.r.o. and DVOŘÁK - slope mowers s.r.o.

It is a comprehensive solution containing its own control unit, remote control and various types of sensors for monitoring operational conditions, including detection of obstacles and live objects.

The solution includes a mobile app, a GNSS-RTK correction station and a long-range remote control with SOS function.

Efficiency

We define autonomous mowing procedures with up to three machines simultaneously.

Currently, these machines are working in areas with difficult, steep and complicated terrain, such as orchards, vineyards, solar power plants, forest nurseries, revitalized landfills or electrical substations with limited operator access.

By using and testing them in real life, we are able to define optimal procedures for autonomous mowing with up to three machines at the same time, all operated by only one operator.
