SMAUT Technology is dedicated to the development of autonomous devices and technologies for efficient grass cutting on solar power plants.
Our navigation solution is fully customizable and includes engineering and integration services. The autonomous solution includes field-tested hardware and software for highly accurate positioning. It is also capable of working with all sensors, including cameras, LIDAR and radar and ultrasonic sensors.
The result is autonomous devices that are able to operate without the need for manual control.
Our company is based on a division that has been involved in green maintenance and grass cutting on solar power plants since 2015. Every year we cut over 6,000 hectares of solar power plant areas with Autonomous 2.0 mowing machines, mowing tractors and brush cutters. Through field testing and feedback from the "field" we are able to provide a unique product in our industry.
The result is autonomous devices that are able to operate without the need for manual control.
In 2022, the company SNT - SPIDER NEW TECHNOLOGY Ltd. was founded (snt. Autonomous mowers)
The purpose is to produce and sell the Spider Autonomous 2.0 mowing machines.
It was established as a joint venture between two companies:
SMAUT Technology s.r.o. (supplies autonomous technology) and Dvořák - svahové sekačky s.r.o. (supplies the mower chassis).

SMAUT also performs the targeting of individual areas and the creation of routes, on the basis of which the autonomous machines mow the areas.
Although SMAUT Technology was only founded in 2021, it draws on the many years of experience gained by its founders within the activities of its parent company.
It was this experience that led to the idea of developing autonomous devices that would save time, people and money when cutting grass. We are continuing this trend successfully.
The experience gained is a valuable source of information that will propel us further in the development of autonomous machines. Our vision for the future is to make the most of the potential of autonomous mowers when mowing different sized green areas.
